What does wedding DJ coverage typically include?
Typical wedding coverage includes DJ services, MC hosting, professional sound equipment, setup and pack-down, and standard travel within the Okanagan Valley. Your quote sets out the coverage times and services for your event, including any ceremony audio, additional sound zones, lighting or studio photo booth arrangements.
Is a retainer required to secure my date?
Yes. A retainer is required to secure your date and is applied toward your final balance. The retainer amount is confirmed in your quote and varies depending on the scope of your event. The remaining balance is due before your event date. Payment plans are available for those who prefer to split the balance into smaller installments.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Interac e-transfer and major credit and debit cards. Other payment arrangements may be available upon request.
Do you charge travel fees for events outside Kelowna?
Standard travel within the Okanagan Valley is included. For events requiring extended travel or overnight stays, any additional costs are outlined clearly in your quote before you commit.
