Through planning calls, your online planning form and shared playlists, we work through the atmosphere you want, the songs that matter and how each part of the day should feel. My cocktail and dinner inspiration playlists help you explore directions and build on your own ideas. I bring that preparation together with your timeline and venue layout, so you can enjoy the day knowing the details have been considered.
Built to belong in the room
Sound and lighting are planned around your venue, guest layout and the parts of the day you’d like covered. Ceremony audio, background music, speeches and dancing each need a different approach, especially when the celebration moves between spaces. We review the layout and transitions during planning, with the production scope confirmed in your quote. The all-white booth, white column speakers and careful cable management keep the setup in step with your venue’s design.
Ceremony to last dance
I cover the full wedding day — ceremony audio, cocktail hour, dinner, and reception. Each segment has its own sound and its own purpose. The ceremony feels composed and intentional. Yes — full wedding day coverage includes ceremony audio, cocktail hour, dinner, and reception. Each segment is treated as its own distinct moment with its own sound and intention. If you have live music for part of the day, I can handle technical support and seamless transitions around it.
What does your pricing look like for weddings?
Most couples invest CAD $4,500–$8,500, depending on the date, venue logistics and production scope. MC hosting is included in typical wedding coverage, with the details confirmed for your celebration. Every quote is custom — submit an inquiry and I’ll confirm availability and pricing for your wedding.

How far in advance should we book?
Summer Saturdays across the Okanagan book 9–18 months in advance. If your date is set, it's worth checking availability early. Last-minute openings do occasionally come up so it's always worth reaching out regardless of timing.
